How to Apply for SSC Combined Hindi Translators 2025

Candidates need to visit the official website of SSC or the link given in the link section.

Part-A (One-Time Registration):

  1. Click on the “Login or Register” button for One-time Registration (OTR)
  2. Fill in the required details such as Aadhaar Number, Name, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Date of birth, etc.
  3. When the Basic Details are provided at Sl. No. 01 to 13 are saved; you will be required to confirm your mobile number and email ID. On confirmation, your data will be saved, and your Registration Number will be displayed on the screen. Your Registration Number and Password will be provided to you on your mobile number and Email ID.
  4. You have to complete the Registration Process within 14 days, failing which your Registration Details saved so far will be deleted.
  5. Log in using your Registration Number as username and the auto-generated password provided to you on your mobile and email.
  6. Change your password when prompted on first login.
  7. After a successful password change, you need to log in again using your Registration Number and the changed password.
  8. Now complete all Additional Details.
  9. Save the information provided. Take the print of the draft Preview and review the information provided thoroughly, before “Final Submit”.
  10. Upon clicking the “Final Submit” button, two different OTPs will be sent to your mobile number and Email ID. You need to enter one of the two OTPs in the designated field to complete the Registration Process.
  11. Read the “Declaration” carefully, and if you agree with the Declaration, click “I Agree.”

Part-B (Online Application Form):-

  1. Log in through your ‘Registration Number’ and Password
  2. Click the “Apply” link in the “SSC Combined Hindi Translators” Section under the “Live Examination” tab.
  3. Fill in your preference for Examination Centers.
  4. Fill in education and other details.
  5. Candidates are required to capture their live photo through webcam/mobile device and upload.
  6. The scanned signature in JPEG/JPG format (10 to 20 KB). The image dimension of the signature should be about 4.0 cm (Width) x 2.0 cm (Height). For the PwD(VH) candidates, the thumb impression is also allowed.
  7. Complete your declaration by clicking on the “I agree” check box and filling up the Captcha Code displayed.
  8. On verification of the correctness of details/data in your application as visible in Preview, proceed by clicking on “Submit” the Application.
  9. Proceed to make the fee payment if you are not exempt from the payment of a fee.
  10. Now, take a printout of the application Form.
