MPESB Primary School Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2025

As per Schedule-3 of the Primary Teacher Recruitment Rules, 2018 and Rule 8 as amended from time to time, it will be mandatory for the candidates to possess the following qualifications:-

Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and two years Diploma in Elementary Education/two years Diploma in Special Education or equivalent

OR

Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and two year Diploma in Elementary Education/two year Diploma in Special Education as per NCTE Regulations 2002

OR

Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education(B.L.Ed)

OR

Graduation degree and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or its equivalent

Primary School Teacher Science:

Higher Secondary with Science stream or equivalent with minimum 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education/ 2 year Diploma in Special Education/ 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Pedagogy (B.L.Ed) will be required.
