How to Apply for Bihar Police Driver Constable 2025

The online application form will be filled out in two parts. In the first part of the online application form, the candidate is first registered. In this, information regarding the name of the candidate, nationality, mobile number, e-mail ID, domicile of Bihar state, reservation category, gender, date of birth, and priority of posts is taken. After that, the payment process has to be completed. After successful registration, the registration number and password will be sent to the candidate immediately through SMS/E-mail on the mobile phone and e-mail ID. The candidate has the facility to edit their details before making the payment.

Cancellation of Registration – If a candidate has registered with the wrong details, then he/she cannot edit such details after payment. In this case, candidates can cancel their registration using the Cancel Registration Form provision. But the application fee paid earlier will not be refunded, and the application fee will have to be paid again for new registration.

After successful registration, after logging in with the registration number and password provided, in the second part of the online application form, the candidate will have to give consent to the declaration by providing the desired information such as father’s/husband’s name, mother’s name, address, and educational qualification, etc. Thereafter

1. Candidate’s photograph, in colour and taken within two months, with white background, between 15 to 25 kb, in .jpg/.jpeg/.gif format, and
2. Signature in English and Hindi (in Black and Blue ink) separately, between 15 to 25 kb, in .jpg/.jpeg/.gif format, on white background. It is mandatory to scan and upload the photograph and signature.

In case of non-compliance with the instructions given regarding photo and signature, the online application form of the candidate will be cancelled/rejected. After uploading of photo and signature, the candidate can edit the filled online application form by clicking on the “Edit Details” button before final submission. Once confirmed and submitted, application details cannot be edited. After submitting the application form, the candidate will receive a confirmation message (SMS/E-mail) on his/her registered mobile number/E-mail ID. Only then will the process of filling the application form be considered complete.

The Board will not permit any change in the application form, considering the details of the finally submitted application as correct. Candidates should now print the acknowledgement of their filled application form on A4 size paper and check it thoroughly and submit it in future for any kind of correspondence or when asked.

Process of cancelling the wrong/erroneous application form and filling a new application form. Candidates who have completed the online application process but still want to cancel their application due to any error, can cancel their application before the last date of application and complete the application process by registering again with the same Mobile No. / Email ID and paying the examination fee afresh. In such a situation, the examination fee paid earlier will not be refunded.
