Application Fee

• General, OBC, Other States: Rs. 500/-
• OBC(NCL), EWS, SC, ST: Rs. 250/-
• Correction Fee: Rs. 50/-

Madhya Pradesh Transport SI Eligibility Criteria

(ii) मोटर साइकिल/मोटर/भारी मालयान/भारी यात्रीयान चलाने का ड्रायविंग लायसेंस होना आवश्यक है ।

(iii) केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार की किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से कम्प्यूटर में वर्षीय डिप्लोमा होना अनिवार्य है।

Note: अभ्यर्थी की दोनों आँखों की सामान्य दृष्टि अर्थात 6/9 तथा एक आँख से 6/12 होना चाहिए, उसमे रंगो को पहचानने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए.

• Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
• Degree and Other Certificates
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card)
• A recent passport-size photo with a white or light-colored background
• Signature on plain white paper using a black or blue pen (not in capital letters)
