How to Apply for BPSC Integrated 71st Combined Exam 2025
Go to the official website of Bihar Public Service Commission or the link given in the link section.
A. One Time Registration (OTR)
For OTR, candidates will click on the New User Registration button.
Remember, OTR is not an application for any examination. It is only for collecting information from the applicants and giving each applicant a separate dashboard to facilitate them to maintain their profile.
Use a valid active email ID and mobile number is mandatory to do OTR. If your email OTP is not shown in your email Inbox or then check Spam.
Candidates can make only one OTR registration. If any candidate makes more than one OTR, then this may lead to rejection/ cancellation of your application.
Those candidates who have already done One Time Registration (OTR) while applying through the online portal, they too will also be required to complete the OTR process afresh on the new portal.
To access the online application dashboard, candidates shall log in at the URL: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login using their Mobile number / Email ID and password created by the candidate.
B. INSTRUCTIONS FOR DIGILOCKER ACCOUNT:-
After completion of the OTR process, the Meri Pehchan Portal of Digilocker will open. Candidates who have a Digilocker account will have to sign in by giving consent to the Digilocker account to OAMS, and if the applicant does not have a Digilocker account, they can create a Digilocker account by signing up and will complete the further process by giving consent to Digilocker to OAMS.
If the applicant has already uploaded documents on DigiLocker and given access to OAMS, they can link those documents to OAMS directly from there.
If the applicant does not want to proceed through the Digilocker portal, then after clicking on the Back button of the browser, the online application portal will open. The further process will be completed by entering the login credentials on the online application portal.
