Assam JLEE and JMEE 2025 Application: Admit Card Out

Assam JLEE and JMEE 2025 Online Form, Application Fees, Notification PDF: Assam Science and Technology University has released notification for JOINTLATERAL ENTRY EXAMINATION 2025 and JOINT MCA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2025. Interested Candidates can fill out their online application from 23 May 2025. The last date for Assam JLEE and JMEE 2025 is 2 June 2025. The Assam JLEE and JMEE 2025 exam will be conducted on 22 June 2025 between 11 am to 2 pm.

Assam JLEE and JMEE Application Fee

  • General: Rs. 2000/-
  • OBC, EWS, SC, ST, PH: Rs. 2000/-
  • The candidates are required to deposit the requisite examination fees online through Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Card.

Assam JLEE and JMEE Age Limit

Age Limits as of 1 July 2025
  • Minimum Age: 20 Years
  • Maximum Age: 26 Years

Assam JLEE and JMEE Eligibility Criteria

 
To be eligible for Admission to any of the Colleges, a candidate must fulfill the following conditions:-
(a) The Candidate must be an Indian Citizen and a Permanent resident of Assam(with a valid PRC of Assam issued by the competent authority).
Note: candidates who do not have a Permanent Resident Certificate of Assam, on the day of reporting, will be given a 30-day time period from the date of reporting to submit the PRC. An undertaking will be taken from the candidate mentioning that failing to submit the PRC after this, his/her seat will be forfeited.
Eligibility For JLEE
(b) Candidates must have a Recognized Diploma of a Minimum of 3 years duration from any Polytechnic Institution of Assam under the following:
  • State Council of Technical Education(SCTE), Assam.
  • Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Guwahati, Assam.
  • Assam Energy Institute, Sivasagar
  • Central Institute of Technology (CIT), Kokrajhar
(c) Candidate must secure a minimum of 45% (40% in case of reserved category) marks in the Polytechnic Course.
(d) The candidate must have a valid rank in the Entrance Examination (JLEE-2025) for admission.
(e) The Candidate must possess a good moral character.
(f) Candidates appearing in their final semester examination may also apply, but they must have to produce their Original Grade Report/ Mark Sheet of the Diploma Programme on the day of Admission
Eligibility For JMEE
(b) Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of Minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation. The candidates must pass Mathematics as one of the subjects at the 10+2 level or at Graduation.
(c) Candidate must secure aminimum of 50%(45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category)marks in the Graduation.
(d) For candidates whose 6th semester result is awaited, they must secure 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) marks till the 5th semester without backlog. Candidates will have to give an undertaking that he/she shall be able to produce the final Mark Sheet/ Certificate within 2(two)months of taking admission.
(e) The candidate must have a valid rank in the Entrance Examination (JMEE-2025) for admission.
(f) The Candidate must possess a good moral character.

  • A recent passport-size photo with a white or light-colored background
  • Signature on plain white paper using a black or blue pen (not in capital letters)
  • Disability certificate (if applicable)

  1. Go to the official website of Assam Science and Technology University or the link given in the link section.
  2. To get registered, the candidate will enter details such as name, e-mail, category, and mobile number.
  3. Registered Candidate Log in using their Registration Number and Date of Birth, and fill in all required personal details.
  4. The candidate fill their Educational qualifications, Address, and other details of the candidate have been asked for.
  5. Upload photo, signature, and other details in JPG OR PDF Format.
  6. Make an online payment.
  7. Make sure the fee submission is made, and make the final submission.

Assam JLEE (Joint Lateral Entry Examination) and JMEE (Joint MCA Entrance Examination) are state-level entrance exams conducted by Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU).
